WORK
Cone & Graham, Inc. completed the design-build construction of a new vehicular bridge for the private development of Apogee Golf Club (Three Lakes Golf Club) in Stuart, Florida. The structure spans SW Kanner Highway and provides primary access to the golf course and associated development facilities. The project was delivered under a single contract encompassing both design and construction services.
The new bridge measures approximately 182 feet in length by 40 feet in width and includes two 20-foot reinforced concrete approach slabs, as well as roughly 600 linear feet of new roadway construction on each side. Cone & Graham, Inc. provided full design services through licensed professionals, coordinating closely with the project architect, engineers, and jurisdictional agencies to meet applicable FDOT and local permitting requirements.
Work included earthwork, foundation and substructure installation, superstructure construction, and approach roadway tie-ins, along with full compliance with site logistics, environmental protection, and safety protocols outlined in the contract documents. The bridge structure was designed and constructed to meet modern transportation and durability standards, while also serving the aesthetic and access needs of the private golf community.
The successful completion of the bridge project at Apogee Golf Club demonstrates Cone & Graham’s ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure on a design-build basis, even within the unique constraints and expectations of private sector developments.
