Cone & Graham, Inc. completed the design-build construction of a signature bridge for the Atlantic Fields Golf Club development, a Discovery Land Company project located in Hobe Sound, Florida. The bridge serves as a primary access feature within the private golf community, combining structural performance with high-end architectural detailing.

The structure measures approximately 150 feet in length and 42 feet in width, consisting of three 50-foot spans. The bridge accommodates two 12-foot travel lanes along with a 12-foot shared-use path to support multimodal access throughout the development. The superstructure includes 15-inch flat slab beam (FSB) deck elements with a 6.5-inch cast-in-place concrete topping, supported by 24-inch prestressed concrete piles .

Architectural enhancements were incorporated into the design, including arched façade treatments along each span and a pebble finish to complement the surrounding landscape and elevate the aesthetic of the structure. The bridge profile and elevations were carefully designed to accommodate site hydrology, with deck elevations raised to provide adequate clearance over water while maintaining seamless integration with adjacent roadways.

Cone & Graham, Inc. delivered full design-build services, including engineering, construction, inspection, and final certification in coordination with project stakeholders. Construction required specialized equipment, including large-capacity crane operations, and careful sequencing to meet project timelines and site constraints.
